About this service
Traditional team photos are what we lead with and stand by. We photograph team groups and individual players for sports clubs across the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the rest of Queensland. We have the process down to a fine art: a team of around 28 children takes about 15 minutes. Clubs can add action photography and presentation night coverage, and other group photo styles are available if your club asks.
What’s included
Team photos and individual player portraits, with sibling photos scheduled into the day. Every club gets 2 free team photos per team for coaches or the club. Families order from an online webshop, with delivery in bulk to the club (we cover postage) or direct to the family home.
Clubs choose how photo day works: Direct to Families, where the club pays nothing and families order and pay, or a bulk team photo rate per player. Bulk rates start from $10 a player and are set once player numbers are known.
How it works
We build the schedule with your club and arrive on site 90 minutes before the first team. We need each player’s name, their team or age group and a parent email or phone, exported from your registration system, ideally 4 weeks before photo day. Team photo proofs go to the club to check every name before anything is printed.
The online webshop opens about 2 to 3 weeks after photo day and stays open for 12 months. No money is collected on the day.
