Helping young Queenslanders shine
We're Media Queensland, a Sunshine Coast sports and school photography team based at Coolum Beach. We do this because we love what youth sport does for kids: it keeps them active, builds confidence and brings communities together. Today we photograph clubs and school sport across Queensland, including the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane and Gold Coast.
Why we love what we do
Sport shapes young Australians in a positive way, through community, work ethic and friendships. Media Queensland grew out of Polizzi Studio, which began in February 2020 shooting for names like IRONMAN, Australian Cycling Academy, Wilier Triestina and T100. We wanted to bring that same standard of care to local Queensland clubs and schools.
On photo day our job is simple: help every child feel relaxed, seen and proud. We keep the day fun and on time for coaches and families, and families can find and order their photos online afterwards. A happy kid with a big smile is the best result we could ask for.
The photographers are wonderful to work with . They have fabulous attitudes and personalities and are energetic and engaging with the players making club team photos lots of fun. They have been very helpful in ensuring the whole process is streamlined and efficient . Feedback from parents has been positive about the quality of the photos.
