About this service
On-the-night photography for school formals: arrivals, posed portraits and candid coverage through the evening. Formals are covered for a flat coverage fee, with no parent ordering and no print sales for school staff to manage.
What’s included
Every usable image in high resolution, delivered by secure, password-protected gallery within 48 business hours of the event. Gallery access is for school staff only and stays open for 90 days. The licence covers full school use, including prospectus and enrolment marketing.
How the night works
We agree the coverage, hours and photographer set-up with the school beforehand. On the night we photograph arrivals, posed portraits and candid moments, and deliver the images by secure gallery within 48 business hours.
