About this service
Coverage for awards nights, assemblies, presentation nights and other special events for schools and clubs. We photograph every award recipient, the parents and teachers, the candid moments and the venue itself.
What’s included
Every usable image in high resolution, delivered by secure, password-protected gallery within 48 business hours of the event. Schools are covered for a flat coverage fee, with no parent ordering and no print sales to manage, and the licence covers full school use.
How it works
Tell us the occasion, the venue and the date. We agree the coverage and hours with you, photograph on the day and deliver the images by secure gallery within 48 business hours.
