What to wear, what to bring and how ordering works, so photo day is easy for your child and for you.
What to Wear and Bring
A few small things help photo day run smoothly. Check the notice from your school or club for your child's time slot and any uniform details.
Full uniform or kit
Wear the school uniform or playing kit your school or club has asked for, clean and ready to go.
Hair and boots sorted
Hair tidy and out of the face, and clean boots for sports teams.
Arrive for your slot
Arrive for your child's time slot so the day keeps moving and nobody misses out.
Sibling photos
Want a photo with a brother or sister? Tell your school or club ahead of time and we will schedule it in.
No money needed
Nothing is sold or collected on photo day, so there is no cash or order form to send in.
Water bottle
A clearly labelled drink bottle is handy for sport days.
Before Photo Day
Your school or club will send a notice with the date and your child's time slot. Let your child know what to expect: a quick photo with the photographer, a smile, and then straight back to their day.
Our tip
Relaxed kids make the best photos. Keep it light and let them know there is nothing to get right.

After Photo Day
Ordering is simple and there is no rush. Once the photos are taken, we look after every step.

Your gallery opens
It opens 2 to 3 weeks after photo day and stays open for 12 months.

Order with your access key
Use the access key you receive to see your child's photos and order online. You see the photos before you pay.
