Want shots of your own player in the thick of the action? Register to receive a personal gallery of your child.
Our photographers will be on the ground across all three days, moving between fields throughout the Sunshine Coast Precinct to capture as much of the action as possible.
With hundreds of games running across the venue, not every match or player will be photographed, but our team will cover as broad a spread of teams and fields as they can.
To access your player's photos, register below. It's free and commits you to nothing, it simply means you'll be notified as soon as images are available to view.
How it works:

Upload a clear selfie of your child as a reference photo. For the best results, use a recent, front-facing photo on a plain background in good lighting. This is the image our matching technology uses to find your child across the day's photos.
Our photographers are on location at the Sunshine Coast Stadium Precinct capture the action across various fields.
Waldo, our photo-matching technology, locates the images of your child and sends you a private match link.
View your gallery and purchase what you love, in your own time.
Not every game is covered but by registering you will have access to the photos that are taken of your athlete when they are ready.

Your child's privacy matters to us
Registration is entirely opt-in, and there's no charge to register. The reference photo you upload is used only to match your child to their photos from the event, and nothing else. We don't sell or share your child's reference photo or biometric data.
Matching is powered by Waldo. Your child's reference photo and matched images are stored and processed on Waldo's secure servers located overseas, in the United States, and their handling of this data is governed by their privacy policy, which you can read in full here: Waldo Privacy Policy.
By registering and uploading a reference photo, you confirm you are the parent or legal guardian of the child pictured and consent to facial recognition being used to identify them in the event photos. You can withdraw and request deletion at any time by contacting us at wecare@mediaqueensland.com.
